Renovation of a day care center in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a day care center.
The scope of work for this project is to purchase and provide turnkey installation of a new 130kw natural gas fired emergency generator and Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) to be located at the Child Development Center (CDC) building on the Coonskin Complex located in Charleston, WV. Due to the nature, of this project, vendors are solely responsible for field verifying the current site conditions at the facility with regards to the proposed location for the new generator as specified. Vendors are responsible for identifying the locations of any utility or structural impediments that may determine the actual location or installation method for the new generator and transfer switch. Any measurements incorporated in this solicitation are estimates provided by the owner for bidding purposes and are to be verified by the vendor.
