This project will be completed in phases. It consists of re-roofing including selective demolition, rough carpentry, metal fabrications, fall protection, roofing & waterproofing, sheet metal, sealants, drain repair, mechanical and electrical work. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of the project described in the Contract Documents. The Work Contract consists of re-roofing including selective demolition, rough carpentry, metal fabrications, fall protection, roofing & waterproofing, sheet metal, sealants, roof drain repair, roof related mechanical and electrical work. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Work is to be completed in two (2) phases. Phase 1 is to be completed during the Summer/Fall of 2020, and Phase 2 will be completed before Winter of 2021 and may include the Add Alternate (bldg. #5) if awarded.
