Renovation of a municipal facility in Salem, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

This project will be completed in phases. It consists of re-roofing including selective demolition, rough carpentry, metal fabrications, fall protection, roofing & waterproofing, sheet metal, sealants, drain repair, mechanical and electrical work. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of the project described in the Contract Documents. The Work Contract consists of re-roofing including selective demolition, rough carpentry, metal fabrications, fall protection, roofing & waterproofing, sheet metal, sealants, roof drain repair, roof related mechanical and electrical work. The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The Work is to be completed in two (2) phases. Phase 1 is to be completed during the Summer/Fall of 2020, and Phase 2 will be completed before Winter of 2021 and may include the Add Alternate (bldg. #5) if awarded. Below is the Overview of the Phases and Structures scheduled for this project. Phase 1. 1. General Services Annex 1257 Ferry Street SE Salem OR 97301 a) Demolition. b) Insulation upgrade. c) New roofs (asphalt shingle & SBS-BUR) & sheet metal. d) HVAC & ductwork replacement. e) Various access and detail improvements. Phase 2. 2. Revenue Building 955 Center Street NE Salem OR 97301 a) Demolition. b) Insulation upgrade. c) New SBS-BUR roofs & sheet metal. 3. State Data Center: 530 Airport Road NE Salem OR 97301 a) Sheet metal revisions. b) Spot repair to existing SBS-BUR roof. 4. Property Distribution Center (PDC) 1655 Salem Industrial Drive NE Salem OR 97301 a) Surface preparation. b) New PMMA coating. c) Roof metal ladder/platform access revisions. and Phase 2 may include Alternate #1 5. Executive Building 155 Cottage Street NE Salem OR 97301 a) Demolition. b) Insulation upgrade. c) New SBS-BUR roofs & sheet metal.
