Renovation of a fire / police facility in Edmonton, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Demolish the main supply and return lines up to flexible connections including both drain line and overflow drain and glycol supply and return for heating basing. All piping connected to the cooling tower to be removed up from cooling tower to existing connections near cooling tower. Piping from connections to mechanical room to remain. Demolish existing cooling tower and all components of cooling tower replace with new pre-purchased cooling tower, complete all necessary connections (piping, electrical, controls etc.) to ensure existing cooling tower is functional. Cooling tower has been ordered already by owner. Refer to pre-purchase tender documents for reference. Installation of new mechanical and electrical components for the new cooling tower including connection to the existing BAS. Commissioning of new cooling tower. Install new side stream filter in the mechanical room to CHW piping down stream of pump. Bid values not released for publication.
