Pine, Colorado 80470 Jefferson County All questions should be submitted by Friday August 21, 2020 at 5:00 P.M 5% bid bond, certified check or cashier's check required with proposals. The bidder proposes that the Invitation for Bids, Proposal, General Requirements and Covenants, Plans and Specifications, shall form and be part of the Contract to be signed by the bidder if this Proposal is accepted, and if the amount of the Contract exceeds $150,000, the bidder will furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in a form acceptable to the Director, in a penal sum equal to 100% of the estimated Contract price. SDVOSBs, who are incorporated or organized in Colorado or maintain a place of business or have an office in Colorado and who are officially registered and verified as a SDVOSB by the Center for Veteran Enterprise within the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. (www.vip.vetbiz.gov), may receive a 5% preference on their bid
