Update the BTECH Meat Lab to give it a modern look and increase the efficiency of the space. Updates to the space include new flooring that is easier to clean and maintain a "like new" look. New refrigeration to keep the space at a food safe temperature and help keep sound down in the meat lab. Closing off the clerestory windows to help insulate the meat lab and keep the sunlight out. Upgrade the retail space to make it more apparent and inviting with a large storefront, new flooring, and store layout. Replace old and leaking plumbing fixtures and faucets as needed. Upgrades to the classrooms, laundry/knife sharpening rooms and restrooms as well. Upgrade all lighting to more efficient LED lights.
