Renovation of a water / sewer project in Boise, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project contemplated is located within the property limits of the West Boise Water Renewal Facility and generally consists of the following: Demolition of a portion of the gallery roof and construction of a new gallery access through a concrete curb and removable cover. Modification of the Aeration Basin Flow Diversion Structure to raise the structure walls. This includes raising existing gate actuators and level measurement stilling well. Guardrail and grating will be installed on the new structure. The Work will be completed in all respects within 60 days after Notice to Proceed. Each Bid must be submitted on the prescribed Bid Form and accompanied by a security as prescribed in the Instructions to Bidders, payable to the Buyer in an amount not less than 5 percent of the amount bid. Please submit all questions in writing to Tammi Leatham at tleatham@cityofboise.org. Sign your electronic bid/proposal. Bids/Proposals without written signature will not be accepted. Buyer's right is reserved to reject all Bids, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the Bids received, or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents. All prospective bidders/respondents are hereby cautioned not to contact any member of the City of Boise staff or officials other than the specified contact person. Disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit bids.
