The Project consists of the following items of work: To construct a multi-use trail connecting the Darby Fields subdivision to the Plain City Elementary School and downtown area. This connection will incorporate the construction of a timber bridge. Improvements must be completed, in service and ready for final Payment in accordance with paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before May 14 th, 2021. Confine operations to existing pathway and easement areas. B. Maintain traffic in public and private roadways at all times in accordance with Owner's requirements and provide local access on private driveways. C. Provide reasonable and continuous access to private properties. Payment shall be made for the items listed on the Bid Forms on the basis of work actually performed and completed including, but not limited to, the furnishing of all necessary labor, materials, insurance, equipment, tools, transportation, delivery, disposal of waste and surplus material, backfilling and site restoration as shown in the plans, and all other appurtenances to complete the construction and installation of the work as shown on the Drawings and described in the Specifications. If any item of work, process,equipment or material is not specifically listed in the unit price bid item Schedule of Values, the Contractor shall include and provide said work, process, equipment or material of the best quality workmanship appropriate for the intended use at no additional cost.
