Renovation of an educational facility in Holly Springs, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of relocating four (4) single-classroom modular buildings from the Central Services Complex, installing these same modular buildings at Buckhorn Creek Elementary School and constructing the associated site improvements, decking, ramps, plumbing, mechanical and electrical requirements. Detailed drawings for the project have been prepared by Gurel Architecture. Bidding Documents include this Invitation to Bid, and the following attached forms: Form of Proposal, sample contract, Sales Tax Report, School Access Requirements, MBE forms and Board of Education Policies. The bidding documents also include the plans and specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of bids. All requirements and obligations of the Bidding Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Bidder upon award of the contract. Each Bidder by submitting their Bid represents that they have read and understand the Bidding Documents and their Bid is made in accordance therewith; and the Bidder agrees to be bound by the terms and requirements set forth in the Bidding and Contract Documents; that they have visited the site, have familiarized themselves with the local conditions under which the Work is to be performed herein, and has correlated their observations with the requirements of the proposed Contract Documents. 09/18/2020 Notice of Intent to Award Electronic copies of the Bidding Documents including plans and specifications may be obtained from the Architect, Mete Gurel of Gurel Architecture.
