The project consists of relocating four (4) single-classroom modular buildings from the Central Services Complex, installing these same modular buildings at Buckhorn Creek Elementary School and constructing the associated site improvements, decking, ramps, plumbing, mechanical and electrical requirements. Detailed drawings for the project have been prepared by Gurel Architecture. Bidding Documents include this Invitation to Bid, and the following attached forms: Form of Proposal, sample contract, Sales Tax Report, School Access Requirements, MBE forms and Board of Education Policies. The bidding documents also include the plans and specifications, and any Addenda issued prior to receipt of bids. All requirements and obligations of the Bidding Documents are hereby incorporated by reference into the Contract Documents and are binding on the Successful Bidder upon award of the contract.
