Site work for a civil project in West Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of June 7, 2022, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not expected to start prior to 2023. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District (District) invites engineering consulting firms who have experience with stormwater management, stormwater conveyance, flood management, environmental remediation, green infrastructure, landscape architecture, and public space design to submit sealed proposals for preliminary engineering and engineering design services for Preliminary Engineering, Design, and Engineering Services for the 30th Street Corridor Wet Weather Relief Phase 2-Stormwater West Basin. All inquiries regarding this request should be directed to Millie Neidhardt, Procurement Specialist, eneidhardt@mmsd.com. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
