Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tucker, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Tucker, Georgia is seeking competitive bids for a sidewalk construction contract. QUESTIONS: Submit in writing to procurement@tuckerga.gov reference ITB #2020-011 For any bid equal to or greater than $100,000 a performance and payment bond will be required by the successful contractor (see EXHIBIT D). Upon Notice of Award, the successful contractor shall submit a Performance Bond payable to the City of Tucker in the amount of 100% of the total contract price. The City of Tucker reserves the right to reject any and all qualifications or any part and to waive any formalities or informalities to make an award in the best interest of the City. No proposals will be received orally, via phone, or fax responses. The contractor shall be assessed liquidated damages in the amount of $200.00 per calendar day for any contract work (excluding punch list and permanent striping) that is not completed by January 15, 2021.
