The City of Abbeville, SC, is requesting submission of statements for qualifications from firms, partnerships, corporations, associations, persons, or professional organizations to perform General Repairs the Abbeville Opera House. This formal request for qualifications by the City is intended to select firms which will be invited to submit bids on this project. Deadline for submission of questions Friday, September 4, 2020 Key Requested Components of the project: The renovation of the Opera House Concession Booth to include new flooring, shelving, paint, and commercial refrigeration units. (City will purchase units directly; contractor will need to install) Repairs to the Northwest Corner Stairwell Reseal and Insulate Exit Doors Repair Basement Doors New Flooring in Lobby and Auditorium (Or refurbish existing)
