As of November 15, 2021, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Provide at least two preliminary Master Plan options of the above inclusive of new site plans, elevations and sections, 3D visualizations, and specifications for signage, commemorative plaques, lighting and landscape elements as appropriate throughout the downtown district so as to create a coherent narrative. Engage the community at large and in a manner that ensures that those underrepresented communities were fulsomely included in the process, as well as the Downtown TIF Board, The Planning & Zoning Commission and City Council.
