The City of Harrisburg is seeking to replace the Lower Maintenance (Shop) Facility Roof at 901 N. 12th Street, Harrisburg, PA 17103. Clarification Deadline: 8/14/2020 5:00 PM The City reserves the right to waive irregularities. Provide all materials labor and equipment needed to remove the existing roof and replace it with a new roof at the Park Maintenance Lower Shop building. Provide a set square footage cost to replace any compromised substrate material. All compromise material will need authorized approval from your City contact before removing from the building. Provide in depth material specification sheets. All services will be completed as follows: Set-up safe zone to ensure the safety of staff, visitors and crew. Set up a temporary construction flag line system around the perimeter of the area where work will be performed Must follow 2018 IBC and Local Building Codes Provide at least a 20-year material warranty Provide at least a 10- year workmanship warranty Provide specifications on materials used such as ACF Foam for insulation, sealants, etc. Contractor shall keep job site clean of debris and remove all project-related trash and materials upon project completion. The project will be completed in no more than a 10 consecutive day time period, with reasonable allowance for inclement weather delays. The project start date will be the beginning of the 10-day timeline. The start date will be agreed upon by both parties. Contractor must make efforts to achieve the MBE goal of 15% & the WBE goal of 2%.
