A construction manager has been awarded and a site plan, landscape plan, lighting plan, and building elevations were submitted to the City of Scottsdale for approval in December 2020. Bidding to pre-qualified subcontractors will occur once the construction manager at-risk obtains the final plan. A construction timeline has not been confirmed.
