Mk Nature Center Kiosk Project includes demolition of existing kiosk and construction of new kiosk. New kiosk is approximately 22 x 29 partially enclosed structure, wood framed with concrete footings and concrete floor. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder at the time of bid opening. Include names and Public Works License number on Sub-Contractor List as part of bid. A general description of the work to be done is contained in the ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS. The scope is indicated on the accompanying Drawings and specified in applicable parts of these Contract Documents.
