Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

**As of 9/24/2020 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include remove existing membrane roof and install new single ply PVC membrane roofing and an additional 1 1/2 " rigid insulation over existing insulation. The new membrane roofing will be a fully adhered 80 mil PVC membrane with a 30-year warrantee. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
