Site work for a water / sewer project in Arcadia, Wisconsin. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Major bid items include installing 600 sq. yds PVC Liner, furnish & install 480 tons cover soil, install 1,000 sq. yds Geotextile Fabric, and furnish & install 250 tons topsoil. Scope of work: remove & salvage riprap as necessary, remove geotextile & salvage sand; expose PVC liner, powerwash liner & apply glue, install PVC & overlap existing liner, extend liner up slope, cover PVC w/ geotextile, place sand over geotextile/liner, cover sand w/ geotextile and add riprap, add cover over riprap; drain to pond. Seed and mulch. SCOPE OF WORK Remove & salvage riprap as necessary. 2. Remove geotextile & salvage sand to expose 12" of the existing PVC liner. 3. Power wash liner. Apply HH-66 PVC glue. 4. Install 6.25' strip of 30 mil. PVC. Overlap existing liner by 12". 5. Extend liner up slope 36" (12" vertical). Key in. 6. Cover PVC with geotextile. 7. Place 6" to 12" salvaged and borrow sand over geotextile/liner. 8. Cover sand with geotextile and add salvaged and new riprap to elev. 781.0. Care shall be taken to not damage the liner or cover material during placement of the riprap. Finished thickness of the riprap layer shall be eight (8) inches or greater. 9. Add cover soil above new riprap with 4:1+- slope. Drain to pond. 10. Seed and mulch
