**As of October 19, 2020, the project is on hold. The public voting is on December 8, 2020.** Town of Marcellus Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to reject any bid because of informality. Upon returning sets, including all addenda, complete and in good (re-usable) condition within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after award of contract, such deposit will be refunded as follows: 1.Plan holders will be refunded their deposit for the first set in full and for the second set less the cost of reproducing the set. 2. All Contract Documents received (except for Documents held by Successful Bidders) must be returned to Plan and Print. 3. No deposit will be refunded on any sets returned after ten (10) consecutive calendar days from award of contract. All bids must be made on the Bid Forms contained within the Project Manual and be accompanied by a certified check or satisfactory bid bond, payable to the Town of Marcellus, in the amount equal to 5% of the Base Bid. All such bid securities will be returned no later than the forty-sixth day after the bid opening. No bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty-five (65) days after actual opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to waive any information in, or to reject any and all bids. The Town of Marcellus is redeveloping the existing Town Hall Site in the Village of Marcellus including construction of a new, larger municipal building and parking on NYS Route 174. The parcels include one existing driveway to the highway, one building and a parking area accommodating approximately 44 vehicles. The existing town hall will remain and a new one - story building with an 8,125-sf footprint and 92 car parking lot will be constructed.
