Question Deadline 06/06/2024 at 12:00 PM PT The Project consists of constructing a new County Library, which will include site work and utility connections, and the construction of a single story 3,200 square foot library building for County of Tulare Springville Library at 35707 Hwy. 190, Springville, CA 93265. TIME OF COMPLETION: The Project is to be completed within 450 calendar days from the date to be established in the "NOTICE TO PROCEED". The Agreement includes provisions for Liquidated Damages if the Project is not timely completed. Should a bidder find discrepancies, inconsistencies or omissions from the Drawings, Specifications and Related Documents, or should a bidder be in doubt as to their meaning, they shall at once notify the County by email: MVan fossen@tularecounty.ca.gov. Any such item not brought to the County's attention by 12:00 p.m., March 21, 2024, shall be done in accordance with the County's interpretation for the good of the work in accordance with the intent and meaning of the Contract Documents. Neither County nor County's Representative will be responsible for oral instructions or information. will be answered by a written Addendum directed to all bidders.
