Estimated project cost is $400,000-$500,000 The project includes removal of the existing gabion soil erosion control system, installation of drainage structures and pipe, replacement of a 125 feet section of concrete perimeter road, grading and installation of riprap. Goals for minority participation for each trade: 5.2% Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% Submitted proposals that were not recorded on the plan holders list shall be considered non-responsive. Allowed Construction Time -20 Calendar Days Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total proposal price for the contract in the form and subject to the conditions provided in the Preparation of Proposal. The successful bidder shall submit in triplicate, a "Performance Bond" guaranteeing the performance of the work equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Contract awarded, and a "Labor and Material Payment Bond" guaranteeing the payment of all legal debts that may be incurred by reason of the Contractor's performance of the work equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the Contract awarded. Any supplemental instructions will be in the form of written addenda, which, when issued, will be sent and/or posted not later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
