August 14, 2020 Deadline for submittal of questions on this RFQ (5:00 p.m.) August 21, 2020 Questions and answers digest distributed to Proposers and posted October 9, 2020 Anticipated final selection of QEP and notification to all firms. SRPC reserves the right to conduct interviews with selected teams. The decision to conduct interviews may affect the specified timeline The Strafford Regional Planning Commission (SRPC) and its project partners seek a qualified, experienced watershed planning expert to provide guidance for selected tasks related to the development of a watershed management plan for Sunrise Lake. The partnership formed to lead this project comprises a diverse group, with a wide range of relevant backgrounds and skills and who are committed to performing much of the required work themselves; however, completion of a select subset of watershed analyses and planning tasks require services of a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) working collaboratively with the project partners Any questions about this RFQ raised by an individual/firm will be answered in a summary digest. The summary digest will be provided to those who contact SRPC and request to be put on an email list to receive the digest. The cut-off date for questions and requests to be put on the email list to receive the summary of questions and answers is August 14, 2020. Please email Kyle Pimental at kpimental@strafford.org to ask a question or to be put on the email list to receive responses. The summary digest will be provided via email and SRPC website on August 21, 2020 to all parties on the response list. It is expected that the QEPs share of work on this project will begin early fall and continue until Fall 2021 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
