Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $21,200 for U). MBE Goals: 0% for all trades WBE Goals: 0% for all trades Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Set Aside: No CR Number: 2067804 All successful bidders will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond pursuant to Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000 for U.
