Renovation of a municipal facility in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The proposed work will take place at the Village of Hoffman Estates Village Green located at 5510 Prairie Stone Parkway, Hoffman Estates, Illinois, 60192. Bid security in the form of a bid bond or certified check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Should a bid bond be submitted, the bid bond shall be payable to the Village of Hoffman Estates. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws.
