This project involves the painting of the exterior of the 2.0 MG composite elevated tank, new tank lighting, install new tank mixing system, furnish new chlorine analyzer to City, and all related work. Bid security in the form of Cashier's Check, Bid Bond or other negotiable instrument in the amount of 5% of the greatest amount bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds and insurance as outlined in the specifications and Instructions to Bidders. Contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price, as security for the faithful performance and payment of all of Contractor's obligations under the Contract. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete within 120 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in Paragraph 4.01 of the General Conditions, and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions within 150 calendar days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Bidder accepts the provisions of the Agreement as to liquidated damages. Online purchase price will be dependent upon product ordered (full size plans, individual sheets, half size plans, project manuals). Prospective Bidders must register with online as a plan holder, even if contract documents are obtained from electronically. All official notifications, addenda and other documents will be offered only through online. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, the Owner reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject any or all bids and to waive any formality in connection therewith. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after date on which bids are opened.
