Renovation of a water / sewer project in Village of Wellington, Florida. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals for the replacement and improvement of six (6) existing obsolete Programmable Logic Controllers at the Village of Wellington Utility's Water Reclamation Facility Obsolete with newer technology. The work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing all tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing all transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. The work shall be complete, and all work, materials, and services not expressly shown or called for in the Contract documents which may be necessary for the complete and proper construction of the work in good faith shall be performed, furnished, and installed by the Contractor as though originally so specified or shown, at no increase in cost to the Village The project is located at the Village of Wellington Water Reclamation Facility at 11860 Pierson Road, Wellington, FL 33414 Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond/Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the Bid and must accompany each Bid in accord with the Instructions to Bidders. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 120 days after the posting of the recommended award or as otherwise provided in Instructions to Bidders. The successful Bidder, who is awarded the contract, may be required to furnish a 100% Construction Performance Bond and a 100% Construction Payment Bond meeting the requirements of Section 255.05 Florida Statutes. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids (in whole or in part) with or without cause, to waive technicalities, irregularities or informalities, or to accept bids which in its judgment best serve the Owner.
