The project consists of the expansion of existing Lake Intake Pump Station, construction of Pretreatment Trains with rapid mix, flocculation basins, and plate settlers, retrofitting existing membrane system with new membrane system and associated component equipment and system, construction of a new chlorine contact basin, expansion of the High Service Pump Station, demolition of existing chemical system and, construction of new chemical bulk storage and feed facility, new raw sludge pump station, sludge thickeners and thickened sludge pump station, addition of a second backwash waste clarifier and a new recycle pump station, installation of 24-inch water line on-site to serve a new 794-foot pressure zone, and associated architectural, structural, building mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, and SCADA, and site civil improvements.
