Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a water / sewer project in Georgetown, Texas. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project.
The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for construction. The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for expanding the existing Lake Water Treatment Plant from its current 28.6 MGD capacity to 37.4 MGD, as more fully described in the Drawings and the summary of work contained in Section CIP3. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier's Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City's Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening. Bid Security shall be postmarked and mailed to: City Purchasing Office, Georgetown Municipal Complex, 300-1 Industrial Ave, Georgetown, Texas 78626.
