Bidding could take place in Q2 2023, but firm timelines are not known. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. --- The City of Auburn is soliciting Proposals from qualified consulting teams to provide professional services for the Sewer Infrastructure study of the Rainier Ridge Pump Station Replacement Project (CP2009). The project will entail performing a preliminary study of the existing pump station site and facilities, making recommendations for the site upgrades, sizing of pump station elements, control systems and site improvements; and then transitioning to design of the plans, specifications, and estimate for bidding the project for construction of the improvements in 2022. The project design elements will depend on the results of the study but will likely include mechanical and control system design, civil site design including the wet well, pump house, approximately 730 lineal feet of force main, roadway restoration, and curb ramp improvements, geotechnical evaluation, possible right of way acquisition process if site needs are not able to be completed within the existing footprint, site permitting and approvals, building permits, environmental permitting and approvals and construction support.
