Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Breslau, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work of this Contract includes improvements to various components of the Region of Waterloo International Airport. All work shall be contained within ground-side areas only and shall not encroach into the air-side perimeter. The primary scope of work under this Contract will include the following activities: - Airport road milling and resurfacing - Parking Lot #3 milling and resurfacing - 200mm diameter local sanitary sewer installation including crossing of the Randall Drain. - Management of groundwater during excavation, including a well-point dewatering system (if required, provisional) - Shoring and utility protection - Storm sewer and catchbasin installations and adjustments as well as structure adjustments, as required; - Topsoil, seeding and site restoration - Traffic control - Permanent Pavement Markings Documents and addenda can be obtained at: https://regionofwaterloo.bidsandtenders.ca
