Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Kitchener, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work required under this contract consists generally of new asphalt multi-use trail construction on a predetermined city street, and any miscellaneous or other such ancillary work directed by the Engineer or City Representative. This contract is a unit price contract for the current construction season only. The successful bidder will be required to start the various works at times convenient to the City. The City accepts no responsibility for providing a continuous work program. Works not completed at the end of the current construction season will not be carried over to the following season under this contract.
