Contractor Awarded Address: Sandy Spring, MD USA Base and All Options Value (Total Contract Value): $120000.00 The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) anticipates issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for construction services under Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Job Order Contract (JOC). This is a standalone contract to provide rapid, smaller dollar-value (less than $1,000,000) construction services. The comprehensive scope of the construction services shall include (but not be limited to) the following: 1. MEP/HVAC 2. Emergency Power 3. Elevator I Escalader 4. Concrete 5. Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler 6. HAZMAT Remediation 7. Demolition 8. Roofing 9. Stone and Facade Restoration 10. Painting 11. Office Restoration I Fit Out Details on the required services will be provided in individual Task Orders (TO). Detailed information on required qualifications and past experience will be contained within each task order solicitation documents. The awarded contract will include various construction services with the period of performance for base services at 365 days from contract award. This IDIQ shall include one Base Period and four Option Periods. Options for the IDIQ may be exercised at any time prior to the expiration of the Base Period or the current Option Period. The period of performance for the Base and Option Periods shall be as follows: Base Period: March 1, 2021 - February 28, 2022 Option Period 1: March 1, 2022 - February 28, 2023 Option Period 2: March 1, 2023 - February 29, 2024 Option Period 3: March 1, 2024 - February 28, 2025 Option Period 4: March 1, 2025 - February 28, 2026 The cumulative amount of all task orders issued against this IDIQ contract shall not exceed $10,000,000 per awardee. The AOC anticipates selecting approximately three (3) awardees but reserves the right to select more or less depending on the quality of proposals. Each Task Order amount is expected to be between $1,000 and $1,000,000. The AOC anticipates this procurement to be a Small-Business Set Aside. Additionally, a One-Step, Best Value Trade-Off process will be utilized as the vehicle for this procurement. This RFP and any subsequent amendments will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about October 1, 2020 on the Contract Opportunities (formerly Federal Business Opportunities) website at beta.SAM.gov.
