Renovation of a transportation facility in East Palo Alto, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.

The work consists of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, etc. for the scope of work listed in these specifications and the construction drawings. A. Sign onto and pick up electrical permit card from the Development Center at 285 Hamilton Avenue. City is responsible for and has already paid the electrical permit fees. Permit number is 19000-01579. B. Coordinate power shutdown with the Utilities Department. Utilities will be responsible for the replacement of the existing 75KVA transformer with a new 225 KVA transformer. C. Contractor shall have three continuous days for the power shutdown. D. Contractor shall supply generator power during the power shutdown for the following panels: o 200 amp 3 phase panel B o 125 amp 3 phase panel C o 200 amp 3 phase panel for Abundant Air restaurant o 200 amp 3 phase panel in Aero Works' hanger. E. In the switchgear, replace the existing 200 amp breaker with a new 400 amp breaker. The goal is to reenergize the switchgear as soon as possible so permanent power can be restored to panels B & C. F. Complete panel replacements as per drawings and specifications. G. Contractor is responsible for scheduling and coordinating all inspections with Palo Alto Building Department.
