Renovation of a mixed-use development in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a data center facility.
The purpose of this Invitation to Bid ("ITB" or "Solicitation") is to obtain competitive Bids from qualified General Contractors (Bidder) interested in the provision of data center electrical and telecommunication upgrades for Portland Community College. This is a public works project subject to ORS 279C.800 to 279C.875. The applicable Prevailing Wage Rates are the Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon effective July 1, 2020. The work will take place in Multnomah County, Oregon. Emerging small businesses, as well as minority-owned, women-owned, service disabled veteran-owned, and disadvantaged business enterprises are encouraged to submit a response to this Solicitation. Bidders must familiarize themselves with the entire Solicitation.
