Renovation of a municipal facility in Annapolis, Maryland. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Work includes the following major items: 1. Demolition of two existing traction elevators in the historic wing of the building. 2. Installation of two machine room-less elevators in the existing hoistway. 3. Demolition of existing masonry piers to enlarge existing elevator pit. 4. New hoistway doors. 5. Modifications to elevator pit, including adding concrete to form new sump. 6. Power and lighting for new elevators. 7. Modifications to fire alarm system. 8. HVAC modifications to provide ventilations. 9. New oil sensing sump pump in elevator pit. The cost range for the Project is: $500,000.00 to $1,000.000.00.
