Site work for a water / sewer project in Eagle, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
All parts or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete installation shall be included in the bid and shall conform to all Local, State, and Federal requirements. The work involves the installation of approximately 1300 feet of a 24" HDPE pressure effluent pipeline within the City of Boise Property. The project also includes an air vac, connection to existing collection structure, meter vault, and a sample station building connected to the City of Boise SCADA system. The Eagle Sewer District reserves the right to extend the project to include additional pipe installation including a crossing of the South Fork of the Boise River. All bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier''s check, or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the Eagle Sewer District as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The Eagle Sewer District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any nonmaterial irregularities in the bids received, and to accept the proposal deemed most advantageous to the best interest of the Eagle Sewer District.
