Site work for a development in Mont-Laurier, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a development.
Expansion of its technical landfill site (LET): construction of 15 new landfill cells. TIMELINE: The environmental assessment study has been submitted to BAPE by the consultants. The expansion of the landfill is not only justified, but necessary to ensure the continuity of waste disposal services. In addition to these new cells, the project would require the installation of various technical systems: a leachate collection network, a stormwater and runoff management system, and a biogas capture system. An access road approximately 9 meters wide would also be built around the perimeter of the cells. The owner has issued a request for proposals (RFP) for design services for the supply and installation of biomass heating systems: information can be followed in the report under ID name: RFP Engineering - Biomass Heating Systems Supply and Installation - LET, and RFP for design services for construction work to bring the leachate treatment plant up to standard: information can be followed in the report under ID name: RFP Engineering - Bringing the Leachate Treatment Plant Up to Standards.
