The purpose of the Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain quotes and/or bids for providing mowing to City property and right-of-way for the City of Bogalusa, La for 2020. All Communications regarding this RFP and for obtaining a complete RFP packet of information should be directed to: Tracy Arnold Purchasing Agent 202 Arkansas Ave Bogalusa, La 70427 tracy.arnold@bogalusa.org To be considered, each contractor must submit completed proposal bid form, certificate of liability insurance, and any additional information requested in the REP with their proposal packet. The proposal bid form must be signed and include a statement as to the period during which the proposal remains valid. Responses to this RFP will be on a selection process consisting of: -- A review by the City of the contractor's response to the RFP, to determine if the proposal meets all criteria for consideration. -- Relevant experiences, projects understanding, project requirements, strength of the proposal, and proposed fees. Every effort will be made to adhere to the following schedule: -- Selection August 25, 2020 The City of Bogalusa reserves the right to reject any and all RFPs', to waive any and all informalities or irregularities and to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal as they may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Bogalusa. The quantities given in the Bid Price Sheet are for bid purposes only and may be increased or decreased based on the needs of the City. The winning participant is required to enter into a contract with the City of Bogalusa.
