Work for Phase 1 of this Contract comprises the following: 1. Connection to the existing City of Cold Lake water main. 2. Connection to the existing City of Cold Lake sanitary manhole. 3. Asphalt excavation, and restoration to facilitate tie-ins to existing City of Cold Lake infrastructure. 4. Concrete removal, disposal, and restoration to facilitate tie-ins to existing City of Cold Lake infrastructure. 5. Installation of a water meter vault and water meter. 6. Installation of three (3) sanitary and water air release valves and precast concrete chambers. 7. Clearing and grubbing to accommodate pipe and chamber installation. 8. Supply and Horizontal Directional Drilling of: a. 1650m of 50mm diam. HDPR DR 11 Sanitary Pipe b. 2140 m of 75mm diam. HDPE DR 11 Water Pipe. c. 10m of 40mm diam. HDPE DR11 Water Pipe. d. 150m of 25mm diam. HDPE DR11 Water Pipe e. 45m of combined 50mm diam, and 25mm diam, HDPE DR11 Sanitary and Water pipe, respectively. f. 520m of combined 50mm diam, and 40mm diam, HDPE DR11 Sanitary and Water pipe, respectively. g. 470m of combined 50mm diam, and 75mm diam, HDPE DR11 Sanitary and Water pipe, respectively. 9. Gravel surface restoration for pipe lateral installation. 10. Utility crossings including local gas, power, and telecommunications. 11. Three (3) water service connections within the Provincial Park. 12. Supply and installation of three (3) septic tanks and pumps c/w all required electrical components. 13. Supply and installation of one (1) new Cisterns and pump c/w all required electrical components. 14. All required surface restoration. 15. Removal and disposal of one septic tank including surface restoration. 16. Abandonment of one (1) existing water well. 17.
