Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Columbus, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project involves prefabricated building to house a generator, automatic transfer switch, and electrical equipment at an existing sewage lift station. No pre-bid meeting. Bids shall be accompanied by Bid security made payable to City of Columbus in an amount of 5% of BIDDER's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, Surety 2000 Bid Bond (OWNER must be registered with Surety2000 in order to accept) or an electronic Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 6.01 of the General Conditions. Bidder is required to deliver the original certified check or bid bond within the 48 hours of bid opening to Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., Attn: David W. Arnott W233 N2080 Ridgeview, Waukesha, WI 53188. All Work is included in a single prime contract. To demonstrate Bidder's qualifications to perform the Work, within five (5) days of Owner's request, Bidder shall submit written evidence establishing its qualifications. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. City of Columbus reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
