Soil disturbing activities will include: reclamation of the existing bituminous roadway; common excavation for driveway removal and associated grading; utility construction; driveway and parking area replacement; and turf restoration. Site Area: The total area of the project within the project boundary is approximately 2 acres. Disturbed area is approximately 0.5 acres. 0.9 acres of existing impervious. 0.88 acres of proposed impervious. 0.02 acres of decreased impervious area. Name of Receiving Waters: Runoff is conveyed via overland flow, curb and gutter, storm sewer, culverts and ditches. These conveyance systems discharge into existing landlocked ponding areas on-site and west of the project limits near the outdoor hockey rinks.
