The Project consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, appurtenances and incidentals as required to properly design, fabricate, construct, inspect and test the following construction items: Project base bid includes new 400+- sf CMU chemical feed building, relocation of and modifications to existing chemical feed and storage equipment (chlorine gas, LAS, hexametaphosphate), relocation and installation of new electrical equipment, SCADA work, all appurtenances, accessories, painting, disinfection, testing, site work, and demolition of existing electrical equipment. Additive alternate bid items include improvements to existing pump station building, installation of spare high service booster pump piping, and construction of new concrete building sidewalk/apron. The project also includes an allowance for SCADA work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive/deductive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. All questions must be submitted to CP&Y, INC., online before 5:00 PM CST on September 9, 2020.
