his is a Request for Qualifications/Proposals issued by the City of Kansas City, Missouri acting through its Water Services Department for a local Non-Profit organization to administer the Green Stewards Program. The Green Stewards program is designed to support the Water Services Department in day-to-day maintenance of constructed green infrastructure projects and to provide a workforce development opportunity for Kansas City, Missouri residents. A local NON-PROFIT organization will be hired to administer the Green Stewards program as defined herein. The Water Services Department will select a non-profit organization to administer a maintenance program for a minimum period of one (1) year with the option for two additional one (1) year renewal periods authorized based on satisfactory performance for up to a total of three (3) years
