Site work for a water / sewer project in Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Please contact the owner directly for more information on this project. The proposed scope of work requires a Marine Contractor to repair or replace approximately 22 structural piles on the Oak Bluffs Pier, as well as miscellaneous pile cap and stringer repairs as further defined within the IFB documents. Approved method would be driving new piles in place of existing piles determined to be deteriorated past the critical diameter needed to meet HS-20 loading requirements. All work anticipated to start October 20, 2020 and completed no later than December 18, 2020. The Contractor will be required to pay prevailing rates of wages for all work performed on the project in accordance with the schedule of minimum wage rates issued for this project The amount of such bid deposit shall be five percent (5%) of the TOTAL CONTRACT PRICE
