Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Annapolis, Maryland. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work includes the following major items: The rehabilitation of the existing elevated water storage tank, removal and replacement of the tank bowl balcony, installation of new hatches man doors and upgrades to ladders, railings and safety climb devices. The installation of a new weir box, overflow pipe, overflow manhole, 10" ductile iron pipe and catch basin. The installation of new electrical and instrumentation panels, devices and safety equipment. The installation of a new duct bank and electrical manhole as well as the addition of conduits and wire. The rehabilitation of concrete foundations and replacement of tank structural element The cost range for the Project is: $1,000,000 to $3,000,000.
