All firms registered for the bid will receive responses to all questions and any other addenda that may be released, electronically by Tuesday, September 1, 2020 PRE-BID CONFERENCE(not required) All work to be done under this contract shall be completed within forty-five (45) working days, beginning on the date stipulated in the written "Notice to Proceed" issued by the City Engineer The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids as the best interests of the Owner may dictate. Bidders are referred to Section B-18 of the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS," for additional qualification requirements. All bidders shall be licensed under provisions of Chapter 9, Division 3 of the Business and Professions Code of the State of California to do the type of work contemplated in the project.
