Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Pocatello, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 30,000-square-foot educational facility.

As of 10/21/2020 was already awarded. Alternates are as follows: 1. $15,994 2. $23,039 Unit Price $975.00 Unit Price $14,399.50 A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include removal of the existing 30,000 square feet of roofing membrane down to the existing insulation. Wet or damaged cover board will be removed and replaced. 30,000 square feet of new 80 mil single ply roofing membrane will be installed over the existing insulation. Project also includes adding overflow drains at each roof drain. Add alternates include installing roof access ladders and replacing the existing roof drains with new roof drains.
