Renovation of a fire / police facility in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
A bid bond is required in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount at time of bid submission. A performance/ payment bond in the full amount of the contract will be required at time of contract award to be in effect for the term of the warranty on the installed equipment The Owner may investigate as deemed necessary to determine the ability of the Vendor to perform the required work, and the Vendor shall furnish to the Owners all such information and data for this purpose. No Vendor will be considered who is not at the present time actively engaged in the performance of electronic/construction services similar to those described in this bid, and who cannot clearly demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Owners, his/her ability to satisfactorily perform the work in accordance with the requirements of this specification and standards of the industry Substantial completion shall be 30 days from Notice to Proceed and final completion of the project shall be 15 days from substantial completion based.
