Work under this contract consists of but not necessarily limited to replacement of the existing carpet and vinyl sheet flooring with new rubber tile and non-slip sheet flooring throughout the school. Existing gymnasium floor to remain and seams to be rewelded. Select locations throughout the school to receive new rubber base, and re-grouting of tiles. Other architectural upgrades, including replacement of plastic laminate on counters, cabinets, and desks, prepping and painting of interior walls and ceilings and refinishing of handrails/guardrails and benches in included. TIMELINE: Request for Tenders was cancelled by owner. Project may be updated when it has been approved to bid for construction. Coverage is discontinued at this time.
